Our 150th Anniversary

We enjoyed a fantastic week celebrating our 150th Anniversary. A report appeared in The Henley Standard newspaper.

But to commemorate the school's 150th Anniversary we also have this page especially deisgnated to memories and photographs, so to get the ball rolling here's a section called...

• Red Class used to house the Infants and the Upper Juniors were taught in the old portacabin?

• Miss Ford was to become Mrs Fleming and we held a pretend Wedding Ceremony in St John's Church? Daisy 'married' Henry with Kelly and Frankie as bridesmaids! Look at the... photo!

• Yet another 'Wedding' followed a few years later, when Miss Oliver became Mrs Williams! Corina was 'married' to Angus by 'Rev' Tom, with Sadie and Jasmine in attendance. Click here to see the happy ensemble!

• Hoop-la was the 'in game' (and exercise!) in the playground?

• The rain poured down on our Jubilee Celebration Day? Mrs Glithro raced around to collect up the hand decorated bunting before all the colours ran!

• Sam, William, Ollie and Ross performed as The Spice Girls for the Stars In Their Eyes Concert? Look at the... photo!

• Walk To School Week... well, at least the weather was kind!

• Mr Kumsang serenaded pupils with his guitar when they spent the weekend camping in the stubbly straw fields in Goring?

• One of the races was dressing up in coats, gloves and wellies, complete with brollies, on a scorching hot Sport's Day? All good fun... See here and here!

• The rhyming story 'Cops and Robbers' was performed one Christmas, complete with rhyming slang? Ho, ho!

• Father's came along on Sport's Day to pretend they were still energetic! Look... here!

• We held a Fashion Show? Those wonderful Mum's, children, and even staff, parading up and down the 'catwalk' with such grace! Click here to see the exhausted models!
