Successful Coffee Morning!
After a week of glorious autumnal sunshine, the rain tumbled down... but, it didn't dampen the spirits of our Mums and toddlers who ventured out in wellies and macs to sample the delicious home made cakes on offer during the Coffee Morning. Held at the Pavilion, we were assured of a superb location and managed to enjoy a social morning into the bargain! Well done everyone!

PAST OR ANNUAL EVENTS
Chinese Feast
Over £200 raised by parents at the FOSRS Organised Chinese Feast, held in Goring. Great food, wine and company! Success all round!
Well over £300 was raised by our fund-raising supper held at The King William on February 25th, which was organised by our dedicated FRIENDS OF STOKE ROW SCHOOL. Thanks to them and also to Graham and Sarah who challenged our brain cells to a quick-fire game of BINGO! Nice!
Bluebell Walk
With fantastic weather, our weekend activity was a breeze!

Easter Egg Hunt
Enjoyed by all on the last day of term.

The Children's Disco, held in October 2003 was a great evening.
Take a look at some photos... Thanks once again, to the fabulous committee!
Harvest Festival Service took place in October and the church, as ever, looked magnificent with all the rustic foliage and colourful fayre. Thank you all for the contributions and the decorations.
A 3 Peak Challenge was completed by one of the school Dads in order to raise finances for the school. He admirably climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pyke and Snowdon. Well done Andy!
In the Spring of 2002, we enjoyed a brisk walk around the beautiful local woodland on St Patricks Day, completing the event back at the Village Hall with hot soup, crusty rolls and a glass of Guinness. Bracing!
For Halloween, we hired the village hall and invited all the children along for a Spooky Party. The children's costumes were truly amazing and everyone entered into the spirit of the occasion!
We always hold the popular Summer Fayre & Barbecue at the end of the Summer term in the school grounds. The children invent their own games and stalls in order to boost funds. A relaxing way to mark the end of the school year!
After the annual Christingle Service in St Johns Church, the Christmas Bazaar
is held in the School.
A certain bearded gentleman awaits eager young visitors in his grotto, whilst their parents sip mulled wine, nibble on homemade mince pies and usually exchange complaints about the weather! A great time is had by all!
In 2003, we held a week of celebrations to commemorate the school becoming 150 years old! You can view pictures, reports and pages of fun by visiting this page.
